Hi everyone, I just want to share my experience. There's one time that me and my friends are going out of town and because we left early, we just bought boiled eggs for us to eat while on the road. As I am peeling my egg, I don't know what had happen about the egg but it is not peeled perfectly. I can see that there are lots of egg white in the shells. I can not peel it perfectly. So I just want to ask if there's any reason why it happened? Or have you encountered the same problem? Is it connected with how it is being cooked? Your answer will be appreciated.
