How do I post a thread?

I know how to comment, but I don't know how to post my own things. Please help

Go to the section of the forum you would like to start a thread in. When the board comes up with all the different threads on there should be a blue box that says "Start a new thread" click on that then add your title in the top box, your question underneath then submit and your thread should be started. Good luck hope this helps

There are a couple places you can create an article. If you want to make a coop page article, stop by here and click on that blue tab on the left side that says, "Add a Coop Design".....https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/2/Coops

Or if you want to write an article about something within your flock you have learned, how to treat some disease you had in your flock or why you love chickens SO much, you can make a members page here. Just click on that blue tab that says, "Add a Member Page".....https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/0/Member_Pages

This platform has changed since I posted this. Here are current instructions...

Click on the Article tab at the top of the page...

Then click on post article...
