How to tell if A Chook is Sick [NEED HELP]

hey there we have a fluffy small chook named pixie shes a Bantom any ways shes constantly walking slowly and has her feathers fluffed up and were unsure if shes sick or is just cold since it is Winter and its very Bad Weathered at the moment. please HELP!

She could be sick. Lethargy and puffing up feathers are often the first signs of illness. I'd bring her inside and separate her from the flock (you could use a dog crate or something). Inside, you can watch her better. Put out food and water with electrolytes in it. Is she eating? Drinking? What does her poop look like?

Also, how old is she? Has she started laying eggs?
