Huge crop/ slow crop problem! Please help!

Pics
Dry pox is the dry form of fowl pox, but I'm not completely sure these tiny black dots are fowl pox. I never separated my roosters from the others and it never spread. If this is fowl pox, the dots are too small to shed. The Blue-kote will dry them up.

I would syringe the Epsom salt solution into her tonight. Let it work overnight.

ill try that tomorrow morning, since she's already up on the roosts sleeping.

My mom was searching up remedies for impacted crop in Chinese, and some of them recommend Tums, to help aid digestion. Would that work? I know its just calcium carbonate, which is what chickens eat for calcium for egg shells. Also, would it dissolve well in the crop/ gizzard. I don't want to be adding to the impactness

HER CROP IS EMPTY THIS MORNING!!!! Thank you @azygous for all your help, couldn't have done it without you.

She's still pooping out the bad stuff, so Im still keeping a close eye on her, and this morning im going to give dried pellets and other easily digestible foods. This afternoon, maybe some soaked and cut up wheat, and some veggie leaves? Maybe let her go back into the run with the flock for an hour? (there's a lot of grains and peas on the run floor)

Is that good for a transition? Would she be fine to go back totally tomorrow? I'm still going to check for an empty crop for the next few mornings.

Tums might help neutralize an over acidic crop, so the Chinese remedy is partially helpful, but it would do little else to treat any of the other varieties of crop disorders.

You have the model patient. She's coming along very well. But if you are up for it, and considering that grass has played a big role in getting her into this mess, I would do the heavy Epsom flush next. It may seem like overkill, but it would help flush the gizzard, the most important digestive organ she has. It also flushes out any yeast that has been trying to get a hold in her digestive tract during this long crop slow-down.

She can go back with her friends any time as long as you won't have a big problem catching her for her twice a day flushes for the next three days. this involves tubing the solution. Are you all set with the tubing needed for it? Each session only takes about five minutes if you have everything all set up. The chickens I've administered this flush to were energized by it, took it extremely well.

I forgot to post my day 6 (Tuesday) update:

This morning her crop was empty, and throughout the day, I made sure it emptied before giving her more food. I still gave her 2 pieces of coconut oil throughout the day, because after she ate dried pellets, her crop was very hard, since she didn't drink much water.

She had a little bit of grass/ undigested grains in her poops in the morning, but in the evening there weren't any more! She also had 4 cecal poops today, which is good.

I offered her the Epsom Salt water in the morning, and she drank a little. But decided to give her plain water later because I read that too much Epsom Salt will cause dehydration.

In the afternoon, I let her hang out in the run, and she ate some dried grains, and had a very long dust bath. She also jumped my black australorp. She is the alpha hen, so maybe she's re-establishing her place. Then I took her back in the evening to limit her food intake, and give her only pellets.

Hopefully she's able to digest the grains. She ate some grit, so I think she will be okay.

Final update (Thursday): Yesterday (Wednesday), she was free in the run with others (crop was empty that morning), and this morning, her crop was empty again. haven't let her free range yet. She's definitely eating slower now, which is good that she learned that. But she's very picky about foods now, even refusing yogurt and mealworms. She still has some undigested grains in her poop, once in a while, but I caught her eating grit this morning, so that should help. She hasn't laid yet either. Also giving her (along with everyone) light garlic water, herbs, and spices, to prevent any yeast from growing.

Overall, I think the coconut oil and massages worked slow but also the best because it was the most natural. I didn't give too much coconut oil, just enough that her crop is very soft and pliable, and that I could see her pooping it out, because when she had too much coconut oil, she didn't want to drink water.

I used 50 mg stool softener once, and it caused her to have diarrhea and less appetite afterwards, and didn't seem to speed things up too much. but if she wasn't good by day 5, I was going to use more.

and the molasses flush worked well, to flush her intestines out, but not so much on the crop.

Just a lot of time, to slowly let her pass everything, while making sure she doesn't eat anything indigestible in the meantime.

Great job! Both of you!
