After all the worrying...it's over. 100% hatch first try! 13 out of 13. Got another black silkie drying. 11 of them are in the brooder resting. They are all so cute! My polish silkie has 5 toes on one foot and 4 on the other. Both of the silver silkies have pink tips on their black toes! The black silkies only have 4 toes. The first chick, yellow silkie with some black stripes on its butt, is the only silkie with the extra toe on both feet! The dominiques have red on their faces from their daddy, the big red rooster. One looks like a buff orp. One looks like a chipmunk crossed with a golden seabright with furry legs. I'll get pics of all of em up soon!
