I am as ready as I can be, just have to remain vigilant. So glad I got all the chickens in last night.
Of course the first thing the adult hens did was poop all over their cage, but they will have to wait for me to clean their cage.

DH has a private room on the 7th floor of the hospital that he is sharing with someone who works night shift, DH works days. Pretty good set up for hurricane team accommodations. I have had to sleep on the floor while on hurricane duty.

One year DH and I were both on hurricane team (prior to DD) and we found an empty closet and covered it with blankets and slept there.
