Wish I could say that! I hate being cold and for some reason, I always am. I have to go winter coat shopping too :/ My nice warm one got all ripped up last year on the hardware cloth.

We desperately need a new one. Ours kicked the bucket about 2 weeks before school started. Dishes was the kids' job and they would take turns every week doing them. Once the dishwasher went, they switched every other day to make it easier. Now that school is back in, homework is coming home, dance class and girl scouts are back in full swing, I'm stuck doing the dishes. Kids just don't have time anymore!
I have a nice new one from last year so no coat shopping for me. :yesss:

Well - heck. That is next door neighbors here.
X2....

@adrikeen I was afraid that I wasn't being fair.

Kiki is probably correct. 30 minute drive if everyone would stay out of my way. I am 25 minutes to LaPorte/ Hwy 225 & 146. Kiki, I thought, was 30 minutes past LaPorte.

TTFN - time for work...

I have been busy the past week and reading to keep up at night....so enjoy the camaraderie here. Too much negative stuff on the news and other social media.
Getting ready for carpal tunnel surgery next week....lots to get done before I'm without use of my right hand for several weeks.
Butchering birds, canning meat and the veggies from the garden, cleaning out beds in the garden, tending the poultry pens and cleaning out the coop...just a few things on the list.
You are my relief!

Is decaf coffee the same diuretic as regular coffee?
if so I've been drinking the decaf.
I just need the energy boost..I figured the regular coffee would wake me up a bit better.

I don't think it will be possible for me to get a cramp at my bs 10 mins a day right now.
no idea, who drinks that crap?

Why do they have sooo many 'energy'/workout drinks on the market?
Aren't they just massive amounts of caffeine?
sugar, caffeine, lotsa other bad chit

It might already be a whole month that @theuglyduckling has been without power....does that sound right?

Cousin in Kansas sends me snow pictures for Christmas. I send her pictures of me in shorts outside tending a BBQ. Then laughs when I complain about having to mow the grass as they are shoveling snow. Weird, huh!?!
I get it, one year it stayed warm long enough for us to water ski on the lake in early november, and I hate cold water. So you know it had to be pretty warm!
