TRX = Total Resistance EXTREME.
I can't do any EXTREME stuff right now.
Maybe in a year or two.

It's not very extreme, if you start with the easy stuff. This old lady still does the easier stuff. It has made a huge difference in my body. Now to get back to it everyday and work on that tummy flab. LOL Sorry have been busy and trying to stay off the thread to get anything else done..

I'm 100 pages behind now no way to catch up. I almost cry hearing about PR and seeing the photos and the other islands. Agreed on the PR mayor, what a tough woman! I can hardly watch the news any longer. Well won't get started trying to catch up or I won't get any progress done on my chicken run. I'm off this coming week and decent weather forecasted so I hope the girls can be outside before the week is out. Have to mow the grass first before I have a codes violation.
