I use red potatoes a lot.
I never peel them.

I had a friend over the other day, she is from Brazil...she asked why we never peel our potatoes...it was weird to her.
I didn't have an answer.

Do you all peel your potatoes?

I never peel my baby reds. Russets yes or no depending on what I'm making.

Have not Married my BF he is my better half and always will be but not sure why do not want the paper ?

I agree, but at the time the military was paying us an enormous amount of money to have that piece of paper (almost our whole rents worth.) That's why we didn't wait a year for the 'real' wedding & went straight to the JOP.

Most of my family does but we don't. Waste of good food and fiber!

not often I fry mine in butter but do not peel.. Mashed is the only ones I peel ever

Same here usualy unless I'm canning them, then I peel.

Hubby and I have been together since we were 16. We went to the same school but never knew each other into we met at work (McDonald's). Moved in together right after I graduated. My parents were furious! We got married 2 1/2 years later and have been married now for 12 years. We didn't have a fancy wedding because we just couldn't afford it lol. The JP was fine for us since in our minds we were already married. Besides, I didn't want to get a dress on over my big prego belly! It was a little wedding in a courtroom with family and friends and a simple reception at my parent's house.
