I really don't know. Hopefully your house temps will be within a good range for the chicks, and once they hatch, they will need to be kept warm. On the internet, it said half of New Orleans is without power. That means that half of it still has power, so hopefully you will be one of the lucky ones.

That helps. I live in the AZ desert, and lost power for most of a day during a hatch this summer. The chicks came through it just fine.

Far from it. The eye is supposed to pass over late tonight/wee hours of Monday. We're only getting 16 mph max wind gusts and are expecting 110+.

Right now we're just getting some rain and wind, but not much at all.
