Hurricane prep, need advice

I really don't know. Hopefully your house temps will be within a good range for the chicks, and once they hatch, they will need to be kept warm. On the internet, it said half of New Orleans is without power. That means that half of it still has power, so hopefully you will be one of the lucky ones.

100% of New Orleans proper is out of electricity. A massive electrical tower supplying 8 main feed lines collapsed into the Mississippi River and the lines. We're still out as well no idea when it'll be back
 
That brings tears to a grown man's eyes. I am so very very sorry that was visited upon you and your birds.
The last time I got out of chickens was in 1995 when we had a terrible flood and I lost most all my birds not just chickens. This will be the next one. I'm done I have one breeder pair remaining that a friend is gonna take
