I accidentally bought some eggs! Oops!!

The Flockraiser is a Purina feed(green bag) and I get mine at Tractor Supply-any feed store that sells Purina should have it.
I mix about 1/2 scoop of oats in with about 2 scoops of Flockraiser=I get the Crimped Racehorse Oats for them.
I do need to stick a duck under my DHs nose and tell him to take a whiff.

Do you plan to ever show your Calls?

Thanks I remembered where I saw the feed at and actually last time we went there the feed cost less and looked better and fresher.
Tell him they smell like flowers

I might show them if my mom approves of it.. (and I really want to show something)

Sorry about all the questions

I think it's great when young folk are interested in raising and showing birds.
I know I get such a kick out of it that I only wish I had been interested in it a long time ago.
You have a lot of great shows in your area=see if your mom will take you to one, just to check them out and see what you both think.
Showing/breeding/raising these little beauties is so enjoyable-too bad there aren't more people that do it.
Nope, no problem on the questions, I ask plenty myself-that's how you learn.

Is there a website where I could see when the next Call Duck show is?

Check this and see if there is anything close to you.

Now the way this works is not EVERY show has Calls, but in your area of the country, most do.
Duckluck shows her Calls all over the Mid-West-you could send her a PM. I think she has a list of a lot of show and she is closer so she could probably give you some good info on the show schedule in your area.
My DH knows when we go to a show to bring extra carriers to bring home birds I buy at shows.

Congrats, Mrs. FluffyPuffy-those Seramas are some cute little things.
ducklover1-duckluck and I are TRYING to meet up at a show in Missouri in the spring. We've never shown against each other before! I sure hope she and I can arrange it(and I can drag DH).
