I finally have the job I have dreamed of... being a stay at home mom & house wife. After all my years in corporate America hustling and bustling to make that dollar; I have the opportunity to stay home. It’s been a year now since I resigned and I have been working on my yard. First it was flowers, then it was vegetable gardening, next we got a dog. And now I am going to begin chickening!i have my coop. And after a few minor repairs and a few more items from the local feed store; I’ll be ready. I have spent a lot of time researching the pros and cons of raising chicks. I am willing to do so but ideally I would prefer 4-5 pullets ready to go straight to the coop. I am looking for someone local that has what I am looking for for sale! I live in Scio, Or. (Small farm town in between Eugene and Salem)
