Well my wife got home with my "gifts" lol.

The first thing I thought when I saw them was dang they are dirty lol. They both look like they need a good bath and some good loving care, so I checked them over for bugs, general health, and temperament. They are both pretty friendly, I am surprised how strong the lil silkie rooster is, he is a rambunctious lil guy and has not stopped crowing since he got here lol.

Well I guess I will never know the joys of owning these two, I had to work an evening shift and my wife was going to lock them up but she didn't get the lock all the way on and figured it was fine, wrong they were both killed by a raccoon, the male was in the coop without a head and the female was found 50 yards from the coop tore to pieces with my last gift beside her, an egg that she was preparing to lay today


Which brings me to my next point, I am going to throw it and the egg she gave me yesterday in the incubator to see if we can get any babies
