Amazing isn't it??? I notice that most of us seem to eat them sunny side up the first time?? (probably to see that beautiful dark yoke)

I've been eating free range eggs for a while (I still thought it was a bit better but that could just be me) but I just gave some eggs to my mother in law who is eating store bought regular (battery?) eggs. They better notice a difference!!

Congratulations! I ate our first 3 on Sat. It took all 3 to make a meal-they were so tiney!
