I can answer your predator proofing questions!

You have game chickens though, yeah? Most chicken keepers arent used to how amazingly predator-averse and scrappy they are.
I do have mostly gamefowl but I also have layers, a few bantams a few annoying ducks and a peacock. That dark Brahma next to the bucket is almost 10 yrs old

I can answer you predator proofing questions! Ask away!
Be will have a large wire run on grass.
It has a top.
How should I predator proof the bottom.
Concrete blocks around the perimeter?
Or is there a better way?

Depends on the type of predators you have. I would do an apron. Some bury it, some skirt it out. I did the skirt method.

This should help you. I use electric wires around my coops and pens and nothing has penetrated the electric wires. An apron around your pen will also work. The grass will grow up through it so you will still be able to mow if you desire. Good luck and have fun...

Ok. Looks like this thread has been carried on.
So, I have a serious issue with a resident Rhinoceros ramming the chicken cage door. It's going to hurt the poor things before too long.
What can I do?
Rhinoceros in the UK 🤣
How do you coop with Lions and Elephants?

Not related to the topic at all I just thought it was funny the thread starter hasn't answered a single person's questions yet
