How about my funny little Sultan who is growing some comb, but it hasn't changed in a few weeks in size or that light pink color. No wattles yet and much smaller than my other known Bantam cockerels.

Maybe. Cochin cockerels normally have a larger, redder at 7 weeks than yours does.
