I Can Sex Your Silver Laced Wyandottes!!

hello have you tried sexing silver wyandotte by their feathers on hatch, i was told by a wyandotte breeder you could do this, cockerels will have yellow tinge and pullets will be greyish.

My wyandottes from McMurray could be sexed this way. I don't think all can be though.

Too young.
Based on coloration I woukd say male, but it's just a guessing game right now. Post back when he/she is 5+ weeks old.

i also think male, because i can see a yellow tinge to the chest. the breeder i got them from says he can sex his from day one. so i will see if this correct.
