This has been a good thread. Way, way off topic for this section, but a good thread.
Today we are suppose to get up to 10 degrees for the first time in weeks, but warmth comes at a price... SNOW. 8" more to sit on top of the 20+" we got over the Christmas blizzard. Then tomorrow, back to a high of zero with enough wind to move all that snow up against buildings, ditches, fence lines, etc. So instead of just blowing 8" of fluffy stuff, I will have to get through 4' drifts just to get to the barn door! Hey, chicken management talk. I need to get to the barn to feed the chickens!!!
