We have been "working" on sending an email...his emails don't seem to be sending.
I just suggested he reboot his modem.

Don't click the picture button on top, click the upload file, then click the file your pics are in!

Great troubleshooting everyone!

99% of the time when this happens, it's a problem with the specific file. We usually suggest the person try editing the file with any image editor, re-save it as a jpg, then try uploading it again.

Can images I have on my desktop be added in my profile page or is this something that is being worked on? I can't seem to find where images from my desktop can be uploaded.
