What an amazing community! I'm always pleasantly surprised at how wonderful everyone is.

BTW, a nice carrot cake with a cream cheese based frosting is my favorite. My wife and I had carrot cake at our wedding!

I think you could go on tour I think there is about 7000+/- that would let you have the run of thier kitchen for a day or two, and when you do you could make my place a weeklong stop if you want.
