my hen 2 weeks ago by herself and found out she had mites
4/5 year old buff Orpington hen (got her from a family member)
- not been laying since we got her that I know of
still lethargic, doesn’t walk normal (kind of penguin waddle but not egg bound from my checks)
- crop gets full-ish and is empty in morning but now not eating much food
- drinks Lots of water and sometimes water comes back up out mouth but no color or smell
Her stance, she's not well.
Likely reproductive issues as mentioned in your other thread.
Drinking a lot of water usually indicates a crop issue, but that's often a
symptom of an underlying condition. Her age, condition, not laying eggs for a long time, etc. I would take a guess she has a reproductive disorder. Cancer, peritonitis, etc. are common in laying hens.
Sometimes all you can do is hit the major spots - deworm, ensure lice/mites are gone and offer supportive care. If there's fluid in the abdomen, sometimes that can be drained to make them more comfortable for a short period of time.
You can try treating the crop issue, but it will not fix whatever else is going on with her.

I'm very sorry. I do treat my hens, but if they continue to decline or don't rally in a short while, then I put them out of their misery. If you happen to lose her, having a necropsy will shed light on what the problem was. Some folks do their own necropsy, if that's something you will be doing, then post some photos and we'll try to help you with what you found.
