Seven! wow! Well, everything is very quiet here! My four must be hibernating! hohum!!!!!

Still no change - all quiet! I got them April 9th rested and I set these eggs April 10th so April 11th would be one day - today is the 30th day. I am about ready to give up. If I don't have something by the 14th - 34 days - then I am done. Equibling, how is it going with you?

If your temps have been low at any point they may hatch later than normal. If you see no pips take 1 egg and candle it. If you can't see anything put it to your ear and tap gently with your fingernail on the air cell end. Just a "tap tap tap" and see if it taps back. Mine did. Then it started peeping in there. Good luck.

Remember your eggs can still go until Thursday before they pip. And when they pip it could take another 2 days to actually hatch.

Try not to chew your nails to bloody stubbs. This part is like slow death for me.

Thanks so much MissPrissy. I have had low temps so perhaps that is the reason. I will wait until tonite and candle one. I did see movement in one last week but haven't candled them since. Thanks for the pep talk.....I needed it!

I got nothing in mine, either. Sighs. I candled one of them last night and all I saw was a small air pocket at the fat end....so I'm not sure if it's alive or not. I tapped on it & talked to it, but got nothing.

They are at 99.5 and 86%..I have my 'scovy eggs in there as well....I'm also hoping those puppies hatch...they are the beautimus blue/lavendar muscovies....
