I got my brown hens a brown rooster (who is currently in quarantine). Now what do I do? I want to produce my own chicks so that I don't have to buy new every couple of years. I sell some eggs, and don't want to sell fertilized eggs. Is it as simple as just let the chickens do their own match making and don't sell the eggs from under broody hens? Or is there something more I should be doing?

If you have a rooster, all (or almost) the eggs will be fertile. However fertile only means that life is possible, it takes a day or so of incubation for cell division and a chick to start.

You can sell fertilised eggs as eating eggs, most eggs you buy from shops are fertilised eggs (just usually been too long since they were laid to hatch them). Perfectly safe and normal. So long as the eggs are stored in a chilled place and do not get hot they will not start the incubation process.
