I have a chick that is only on 19 days of incubation!!! HELP !!!

The photo shows the first external pip or just pip (on the right) and another further into the processes called zipping on the left( usually happens a couple of hours after external pipping). Which one does it look more like? You said its beak is out, out of the egg so it has internally and externally pipped. I know the terms are quite confusing but don't worry! Internal is when the chick pips in the air cell and is not visible by just looking at the egg unless you are candaling. Candaling is not recommended after lockdown. (day 18)

The thread on assited hatching is very helpful and it will tell you when to help and when not to. Hope I helped!

Again, LEAVE IT ALONE!!!! It isn't stuck. It is fine. Helping to hatch the egg is a LAST RESORT. It is chirping and pipping and getting out of it's shell on it's own....... it can take up to 36-48 hours for the chick to fully zip and get out of the egg.

Make sure you keep your humidity pretty high, if they dry out as they are hatching they can become shrink wrapped.
I feel your pain, I can't resist fiddling with them if they don't hatch as quickly as I would like.

It's beak is out of the shell and it's opening and closing its mouth with a tiny bit of bubbling because of water or saliva and it's only day 19
