I have a chick that is only on 19 days of incubation!!! HELP !!!

As others have stated - leave it be! If you open the incubator you could let enough moisture out to dry out the membrane, and that could kill your chick because it won't be able to hatch properly. It can become shrink wrapped. You don't want that. "Helping" them hatch, often isn't "help" at all, but can be a death sentence for sure if you don't know what you're doing, or try to "help" it too soon. A strong, healthy chick will hatch just fine on its own without your help. They've been hatching without human intervention for centuries. If they weren't able to hatch without our help, they'd have become extinct a long time ago. Now take a deep breath, and step away from the incubator.

The photo shows the first external pip or just pip (on the right) and another further into the processes called zipping on the left( usually happens a couple of hours after external pipping). Which one does it look more like? You said its beak is out, out of the egg so it has internally and externally pipped. I know the terms are quite confusing but don't worry! Internal is when the chick pips in the air cell and is not visible by just looking at the egg unless you are candaling. Candaling is not recommended after lockdown. (day 18)
