I have a chick that is only on 19 days of incubation!!! HELP !!!

Try not to open the incubator anymore unless it is necessary and make sure the humidity stays up. I know its tempting it seems like they take FOREVER to hatch. I once did this and the chick had veins absorbed and everything but it was not ready it looked like it had yolk and he didn't make it. Sometimes it can get shrinkwrapped from opening incubator too much (membrane gets dry and leathery and sticks to the chick often immobilizing it.)
The coconut oil like Ravynscroft suggested will help prevent shrinkwrapping.
Is the chick moving or attempting to break more shell?
If it is not and does not seem to be struggling it is probably fine and is resting. If it seems like it has been trying to move for a couple of hours now but is stuck then I'd worry. If
not it is most likely resting and absorbing the yolk sac so it is best to let it be.:thumbsup

Ok I put a tiny bit of coconut oil on and it looks like is actually loosening for once and I maybe hearing a new chick but let's focus on this one any more advice

I have 9 other eggs in there and why is it opening and closing its mouth just trying to breath ?
