I have a chick that is only on 19 days of incubation!!! HELP !!!

If there is too much blood there still you should be able to see it if you have opened the shell, if it doesn't look ready, wrap it in a paper towel that you have moistened with warm water ( with breathing space) and stick it back in the incubator.

If if has bubbles and/saliva arpund it's beak I suggest hat you get a qtip and clean that up. It's been my experience that when they have bubbles and saliva that my temp and humidity were not correct.
 

If that paper towel is wet, remove it... wet paper towels against the shell actually cause it to get chilled...

Apply a thin layer of coconut oil, vaseline or antibiotic ointment to any exposed membrane and leave in the bator until it is ready... you will know when it is ready because it will struggle like crazy...
 
I wrapped it in a damp paper towel it might still be chirping but not as much now there is no blood
