Miss P I was really hopeing to read this thread this morning and see that they were there. Darn it all!! Where are those poor babies??? Jeesh! I just dont get it how some people can " miss place" a box of live little babies!! I hope you get that call soon, and they are all OK!!

I was hoping I'd check this morning and they would have gotten here. Have you called the nearest airport where they should have come thru? That's where I found some missing call ducks of mine several years ago. Luckily when I called there I got someone on the phone who was willing to out to the area and check around for me and he found them. I had to drive over an hour to get them, but considering they had already been lost in transit for 4 days it was worth it.

No chicks today.

McMurray is normally open 8 - 1 on Saturday and the automated phone says they are closed.

It is cold and raining here.

The last truck to our PO has come and gone. There will be no more until Monday.

The chicks I am sure will be DOA Monday morning. I am thinking I should refuse the box and have it "Return to sender" if it is possible if they attempt delivery Monday.

The customer service at McMurray was inconsiderate and not helpful at all yesterday.

After 20 years of business with this hatchery I am dismayed at the unknowledgable girls who answer their phones and the lack of concern by them both during extended phone calls.

I am heartsick over this.

We have lots of leaves in Michigan, they are all wet though, it should be dry in a couple days.

I think most of the people they hire are not trained. I am so sorry about this and hope this will work out. Hopefully monday will be a miracle.
