I would take all the drawers out, put the dresser on it’s back so the openings face up, and use a hammer or saw to knock out the bits that the drawers sit in. It would make a large enough brooder for a while, but you would have to figure out how to keep birds from flying out when they begin trying to fly. Maybe some HC over the top?
