True, which is one reason I don't but from feed stores unless their prices are good enough that I can sell extras (which means I am then selling fewer than the feed store requirement). I do not sell single chicks, but I would certainly sell two to someone who has a single from a bad hatch or is adding to chicks bought from another source. Usually I offer a discounted price for 5+ so that is what people buy.
