I have to shed two roos. Please help decide?

Do you eat the turkey eggs?

I currently have:

1 White Leghorn
1 California White
1 Buff Orpy
2 EEs
1 Partridge Rock
2 RIRs
2 Delawares
1 New Hampshire

1 Buff Cochin roo
1 White Leghorn roo
1 Buff Orpy roo

Here's my run and coop. I measured today and the run is 10 feet on the short side, and gets larger toward the rear-- about 13. It's 33 feet long. I didn't build the fence thing... I would have done better! It's an old dog area, the neighbor says. But handy in that we covered it with smaller-gauge wire over the top, it's sheltered by the pepper trees so not too hot, and quiet. I still need to do some cleaning up and should paint the exterior of the coop.

Yeah the "sister" is a boy too.

But otherwise, we've said what we think on the rooster choices, the rest is up to you.

I personally love that Cochin though, and he's still got some growin to do.

I hate to say it, but both of those buff orpingtons look to be cockerels

He crows like the dickens, and his comb is much huger than hers. She sings the "egg song", squats, and MAY have laid yesterday. The photo does make them look similar though... Gah, I'll keep an eye out!!

Hi, apologies for the crankiness last evening. Her comb is so much smaller than his, though... and lighter. She sings, squats and may have laid... (?)

Oh, I just noticed her tail feathers. ??? Oh noes

Yep, seriously. Sorry.

I didn't notice crankiness

Often when you have several males, some just won't crow til later or won't crow as much because they aren't the dominant one. Also, some just grow slower.

The Delawares' combs are much larger and redder... is it the tail feathers on the Orpy? All of the other roos are certainly VERY roo at this point... never seen "her" participate in any of the roo games.
