I'm so so so sorry. We lost my Dad last year, watching my mom try to live without him...it was weird. She too has a farm, and he was her "muscles", and now that hes gone I know he was also her grounding block.

My heart aches for you... that is one of my biggest fears. My husband has been having... like brain reboots lately. They call it a type of seizure... he just kinda shuts down. The problem is that it only happens maybe once a year, and they can't duplicate it and they can't figure out what is wrong or if the meds are working. Two attacks were while he was driving... another one while on vacation and the last one in his office. I'm afraid to let him out of my sight...

My biggest fear is that I won't be able to grow old with him. I am so sorry for your loss, and for everyone who loses the love of their lives before their time. I can't imagine my life with my hubby, and I'm so sorry that it is now a reality for you.

I'm sure he will always be by your side.
