I must be good to my girls!!!

First time I've ever had chickens. I have 2 hens. 1 has been laying for about 4 weeks now. I have to leave for work at 8:00 am so every morning I take them from their coop to the outside pen. I can set my watch by the time she lays her egg every morning. 8:00 right on the nose....Is this a good sign that she is a happy girl?
