They usually a thread up for monthly hatch alongs Agusts is still up as people finish up hatching here https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/august-hatch-a-long.1322627/page-76#post-21679370 and Septembers is already up https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/september-hatch-a-long.1327380/page-3#post-21659420I think more happens when you watch the pot of water boil than when you watch the incubator...
That would be really awesome if that was the case! Or we could hatch together too, I'll just have better eggs this time![]()
could it be toe issue caused by a slipped tendon? That did work. That does not look like splay leg to me. Let me ask someone to come take a look at the video.
I just did! I meant to, but got distracted between my chick babies and my human baby and youtube and dogs..... and I've lost my coffee somewhere in the jumble of itDid you watch this?
Never had to diagnose one. I read about it quite a bit and looked a bit on this guy but really couldn't tell what I was looking for. I can post pics of the legs like I seen when I was researching. Maybe you can tell?could it be toe issue caused by a slipped tendon?
looks more like slipped tendons to me, does she stretch her legs out behind her? They don't like to do it but it will help get the tendon stretched and hopefully back into placeOk hope this worked
It looks more like a valgus deformity, but could be slipped tendon too, though I haven't seen a chick with slipped tendon in both legs. Not saying it's not possible, just saying I haven't seen it.could it be toe issue caused by a slipped tendon?
At first that was all they were doing was flailing out behind. Let me go get pics real quick of his legs bent then straight for youJeep
