I need help with a song being used on a commercial

I wish I could help, but there sin't enough for me to place it. However, I don't know if I would classify it as jazz, maybe swing. Or,LOL is swing jazz?

well I called and waited to speak with a rep.
Very nice girl named Ashley told me that many times the music used in the ad's is composed JUST for them and therefore it is not available for purchase. And that she could not give me any further information.

Drats.
