I need to give up 2 of my roosters. I have: lavender orpington, french black copper marans, serama,

Are you NPIP certified?
oh, i am not a farm. Just an enthusiast, i don't hatch anything either (can't deal with the extra roos...!).

The birds are all vaccinated for Marek's, IB and fowl pox. They are on organic feed, plus organic yogurt and veggies for treats. I am worming them every 6 months because they free range. The Orpington, RIR, Serama and Japanese came from an NPIP farm, the marans came from this breeder:

they don't have NPIP certification i believe. But the chicks were in perfect health, and i vaccinated them.

mm well. I would consider covering the shipping if you were interested. He has shown aggressiveness toward some male strangers coming on the property from time to time, and jumped after them - if order to give you full disclosure. He has never attacked me or my husband, but he's known us since he was hatched.

Hi everyone, just for updating this - i have placed the Marans, Japanese bantam and RIR roosters.

I still have the lavender orpington that i would like to place.

I will keep the serama -he requires special care in cold winters, and my husband doesn't mind his crow as it's not nearly as loud!

Hi - the Orpington is now spoken for, and I am keeping the serama for now. Many thanks to everyone that looked in on this thread and to those that contacted me.
