I sold my first eggs yesterday!

I am getting 3-4 eggs a day right now. My hens just started laying in the last few weeks. I have 4 out of 5 laying right now. Since there are only 3 people in my family I now have extra eggs. So a lady at work just bought an 18 count for $3.00. I will probably up it to $4.00 later, but right now the eggs are still on the smallish side. Hey at least it will cut the cost of feed, not that I spend much right now as they free range all day and get all of our scraps.

Congrats to you. I've been averaging 11 a day and have been thinking/looking for portiental buyers. Right now what I've been doing with the extras is giving them to potiental customers and family to try and an incentive. I haven't set a price yet and need to soon, they know the first ones are free.

Yeah, congrats here too...I remember when I got my first egg, it was a little white one the size a quarter.
