Last spring, I got an Easter Egger “pullet” from my local feed store. I’m posting because when I went to feed “her” today, “her” comb appeared ALOT larger & was bright red. Recently, it has been red, it just wasn’t large. “She” hasn’t started laying yet & is aggressive with anyone & everything but me. The first picture was in September and the second was today

Pullet. Easter Eggers tend to need a higher protein diet (in the 18 to 20 percent range) to develop in a timely manner and be productive.
