Helping too soon is not good so sit on those hands and give it a chance. There's a lot that baby is doing before popping out. Generally you wait about 24 hours after it first pips before you even think about helping. There are veins drying up and yolk to absorb before that baby can safely come out of its shell.

Yes...They will get off the nest during the first while..They need to poop, eat and Drink..As the incubation gets further along she will not want to get off..

I wouldn't, I did that once and undoubtedly killed the chicks, leave it up to the hen, she knows what shes doing.
