I think my pullet has wry neck...help.

I've been reading some old threads, and they say that a brace is not a good idea. We did try to make one the first day this happened, but she would just slip out of it.
Should I give her one more week on the meds? Is it best just to call it quits?

Can you tell us what she is doing now? Will she get enough food and water on her own, and is she gaining weight and growing? How much are you having to do for her? Is she walking around? I would only give her the 1/4 tablet of B Complex and 400 IU of the vitamin E. No Polyvisol or pedialyte. Electrolytes may cause runny poops after a few days. I do not recommend a collar for wry neck or torticolis, since it is an involuntary twisting of the neck. If her neck is just drooping and flaccid, a collar might help, but probably not needed.

She has not made any improvement, and it has been over a month.
She can eat grain on her own, but very clumsily. I hand feed her scrambled eggs every morning and give her water and pedialyte three times a day through a dropper.
She seems to still be growing.
She can't really walk... she just stumbles around.

I gave her 1/4 tablet of B Complex and 400 IU of vitamin E for 3 weeks, then gave her 1/2 tablet of B Complex for over a week, with the vitamin E. I have been giving her Poly-Vi-Sol and pedialyte for over 2 weeks, and her poops are solid.
No improvement.

I feel like I'm keeping a dead body alive. I'm starting to thinking culling is the best option.
