Yummy yogurt, laced with medicine. Can’t imagine why he didn’t lap that up!

It may be easier just to syringe/tube it down him.
@casportpony has some good tube feeding videos, and is better at the mix math than I am.

he's just not looking good. he sounds like his nostrils are completely closed and when he breathes in his crop expands. It has never done that. He's still trying to eat though. Im just not sure if he's succeeding.

actually he did eat a bunch of macaroni. I'm hoping I got enough medicine in him to help lead towards a little improvement. I'll cross my fingers and get a second dose in him tomoro. I don't know if I can get a tube in but I'll read up on it tonight. Thankyou everyone for the help and support.

Are there any loose looking plugs of mucous that you may be able to pull out of his beak to help him out?
Getting a helper and some photos would be good.

You can try syringing the medication into him, but you will want to take a good look to make sure there is nothing that is going to block the syringe.

om goodness! My poor little man...I finally got a good pic. Normally when he roosts with the other Seramas, they roost high but he wasnt strong enuff to get up there when I put the chickens up so I put him up in a box. He was breathing with his mouth open and all puffed up and his comb was dark. I juat went out to get this pic and he was calmer, beak shut, and comb a little redder. "Maybe", the med??? There is no more mucous in his mouth, just all that ugly yellow stuff

Copper sulfate you can get it at tractor supply stores. That looks like thrush....
Zinc will help too.
