The lowest there water gets is about 72-75 ( at night ), they are located in the laundry/mud room. Since we have the dryer going almost all the time and two vents (why they put two vents in such a small room I will never understand!) it stays nice and toasty in there. I know 72-75 is a little low I didn't think it was to bad, or is it?? As I said before I am going to get a bigger tank and it will definitely have a heater!
