I Woke Up With A Mouse In My Bed

* Haha! I only have Miss Chook!! She would've popped on that many mice. Gave em to the turkey buzzards at the railroad up the street. . .

I hate mice! I had one run up my sleeve all the way into my bra and then jump out from in between my.... in between, back into the feed can all while I shrieked all girly and hopped around the barn like a sissy. The goats came running in to see what all the commotion was about and nearly knocked me into the can, and I yelled for my oldest son to come and help. He came out and pulled the bag out of the can,(the bag I had been reaching into for a good week), and about a half a dozen mice came pouring out onto the ground!!!

He stomped a couple of them, and the dogs managed to chomp a few of them, but I just about died! I dont like critters that you cant spend a bullet on.
My cat, Fat B......d is too fat to be much good at catching mice, but on occasion he will snag one of the slow learners and he eats the heads off and leaves the bodies laying by my boots.

* Christmas in September!!!

Normally, we would go to the canal with them and feed them to the turtles or gators, but the DOT is replacing the bridge there and I will not climb down the bank and be gator bait myself!!

Lol!! CJ, they do like a warm spot!! Sorry to poke fun. . . They don't bother me. Palmetto bugs, though. . . . UGH!! Hate those. I had a similar experience to yours with the mouse. One of them, when we first moved here when I was 11, jumped out from a old cabinet and ran up my thigh. Since I'd never seen one before then, I freaked, and still do when they show up nowadays. (Ed:typo)
