For you my dear I would make an exception. Where's my glass?

I'll always have a glass ready for you if you ever take a scooter trip down the Blue Ridge Parkway.

I'm incredibly UN-southern in my distain for sweet tea. It is soooooo sweet that it makes me want to puke. Which is odd, coz I like Dr Pepper and that's really sweet too but I think the carbination and acid makes it go down better lol

DH likes it really sweet, I like it unsweet. No lemon for either of us.

Ice tea unsweetened and hot tea with some sugar and milk. OMG when I moved to TN in 89 I didn't know about sweet and unsweet and I would get tea at a restaurant and take a sip and about die yuk cannot stand sweet ice tea. Anyone looking for loose leaf tea try Teavana love it

Teadog.com has Lady Grey loose tea. I have ordered from them several times, and they are very reputable.

If your tea is too bitter or strong, you are brewing it too long

Well I do not make my own tea, only Lady Earl Grey teas (Twinings) is the only thing I would use in my house. My mother used to make delicious sun teas when we lived out in the country and she uses Lipton.

The teas now I drink are from resturaunts......so hense, the bitterness or too strong. McD is ok, Steak and Shake, bleeck! Cheddar's good. culvers tasted like it came out of the toliet bowl, some aftertaste.

I have to look into the Teadog.com because it is getting harder to find my Twinings' Lady Earl Grey teas....I had to stock pile it from last year and hpefully they are good for this fall! Most grocery stores and tea stores do not carry this brand and make.

i find the tea in restaurants or MickyDs or the south to be overly sweet now too but I think it is because I am accustomed to drinking tea and coffee with no sugar... when you become Diabetic.. and change your diet... your taste buds must change too.....
