Thanks, I have ordered it, so that will be the first step of the experiment of the curing the birds of the disease. If it works and my flock pass negative with flying colors, thenQuote:
Denagard dosages:
Preventative: 8 cc/ml per gallon Give: 3 days (1st week of life); 1-2 days every 3-4 weeks
Treatment: 16 cc/ml per gallon Give: 3 - 5 days (Personally, I would give it for a full week, if I tried this).

Google for prices. I have heard that Tractor Supply carries it, too. They sell it at the online stores.
Here is one.

If it works and my flock pass negative with flying colors, then, but if they failed the test, then I will begin the culling process. How long should I wait before having them tested again? Thanks again!![]()

I'm thinking the same thing. I'm pretty careful about what I bring home, but Kathy's research said it can transmit through the shell, into the hatching eggs. I do hatch shipped eggs, which means I honestly have no idea where they came from... Food for thought.Kathy, thanks for all the info.. I'm going to order both Oxine and Denagard and use it regularly, I don't want to ever have this nightmare.
