I did! My chicks are shipping out tomorrow.

I know it's cold but I ordered chicks last January too and didn't loose a single one. (I can't believe the girls are a year old already!!!)
It is warm here during the day (now that we've gotten over the terrible and not-normal cold spell!!!) it is usually in the 50s during the day and I keep a heat lamp on them 24/7 anyway.
I ordered 25 Easter Eggers SR, 5 Gold sex-link pullets, and 10 meaties.

25 Ameraucanas, and a handful each of gold sex-links, Cali whites, and buff orps.
I didn't see this thread and, like a dummy, posted a seperate thread! OOPS! Just TOO excited!
Mine will be here the 27th or 29th. Can't recall now.

Ordered last week for a ship date of Feb. 3rd
5 crele oegb (

hopeing for one female for my lonely fav. roo)

Of course I ordered these after my temp in my bator spiked to 118...and some are actually hatching

So i have to try and explain why I NEED more chickens lol.

I currently have 81 eggs in two bators due to hatch the end of the month. Candling showed almost all of them veining. If even half of them hatch, thats 40 chicks! And then 46 chicks and 4 ducklings due from Ideal mid March! Hmmm what was I thinking? Wonder where all these fuzzbutts are going to go? Wonder if I should get DH to start building another brooder or two lolol.
