Most of them were out of Springfield, IL.....there are several might be nearby.
I agree with OSU, they are hard to get a hold of and sometimes a month would go by before I got a response from the nice gentleman in Springfield, the USDA.
The tests said to be FREE but you may end up paying for his gas expenses or meals or a flat fee for HIS time to come up and do your birds. It's the labor you have pay, not the tests.
