Well I broke my snow plow. The A frame came off the lift frame. The pivot bar end is rotten/broken off. Not sure if anything else is broken... packed with snow. No place to bring it in to thaw. Maybe my cousin will work on it.

Feeling blessed because I was almost done with 9 1/2 inches. Praying for no more big snows.

In the meantime,, opt for the handheld version.:old
@homeschoolin momma 's son tried something "different" in hopes of finding an easy way to remove snow from their long, long driveway. Not much success with his fire idea and by the time he finished trying it out, he was too cold to actually remove much snow. LOL I'm sure you know who ended up clearing all the snow.

As for me, I'm running out of places to put all this snow. My kids got another "snow day" today but had to do school remotely. Such a rip off!

I did see a video before online if somebody using a large propane torch to melt ice instead of using rock salt.

Yah it will melt and freeze into an ice skating rink and or flood us and a mud hole.
Oh joy
Just wait until the rains come. This snow will melt and flood my garden and then come the start of May the rains will come for a straight week and flood it again. I'm just hoping the coop stays above the water level. Last year it was really close to flooding the shed/coop.

I hear you.
My coops have dirt floors, last year they flooded around the edges. Center has a ft of packed deep litter..
