Inside their house they rec min. of 2-6 sq' depending on how large the ducks will be when adults Outside should be 2-10' per bird, if you can give them alot of room outside Dave Holderread rec 50sq ft per bird. If they can't be free range.

If you can pick up Storey's Guide to raising Ducks that would be awesome it's most of our go to book for info.

The bigger the better in other words. lol and might consider covering with a good quality netting or some kind of cover for protection for preds and from Florida heat and rain.

Your hubby needs some serious High fives. That looks awesome.. Be sure to give them plenty of ventilation up along roof line so moist air can be let out, when inside they create alot of humidity. Hardware cloth over windows and ventilation
